⚠️Important: Only the Progress Note originator will have the option to mark a Progress Note as entered in error.
If you have entered a Progress Note against the wrong client and wish to mark the note as entered in error.
Use the client that you used in the previous scenario.
Access the client’s Clinical Portal.
Click Progress Notes on the menu on the right hand side of the screen.
Locate the note to be marked as entered in error. Only validated notes can be recorded as entered in error. You can only mark your own notes as entered in error.
Click Amend.
Select the Entered in Error checkbox.
Click Save Changes.
