You can remove a progress note by following the below steps:
Filter the progress note records on the Clinical Record Management screen as required.
Click the Action button, and then select the Delete option beside the required Progress Note record.
Enter the required reason to delete the Progress Note record in the Reason field.
Click the Delete button.
