Inpatient not showing on bed

Upon attempting to admit a patient to a ward the patient does not appear in the bed.

The admission does not appear because there is no entry in the ImsEventMovement table.


A data fix is required to remove the incorrect entry from the ImsEvent table.


Resolution

Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Our support team will apply the necessary data fix on your behalf.


Additional Notes

  • This issue occurs when an admission record exists in ImsEvent but not in ImsEventMovement, which prevents the system from showing the client in a ward/bed.

  • The fix will allow the admission process to start from scratch.
