Issue
You may see the following error when trying to open a client record:
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_LRIdentifiedCache'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.LRIdentifiedCache'.
This results in a 500 internal server error and prevents the record from loading.
Cause
This happens when the system encounters a duplicated entry in the background cache. It cannot load the client record correctly, leading to the error shown.
Guidance
If you receive this error:
In the Digital Assistant, type talk to a person.
The assistant will then connect you to a live support agent who can investigate the issue.
Please make sure to include the client record you were trying to access so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
