Error message:
Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.
You might see this error due to one of the following reasons:
The client has two primary address, or no current primary address.
The client has no OPEN GP.
The client has duplicate AliasTypes in the ClientName table.
This is a known issue that happens when a new address is added through the Client Registration screen, and a new address from date is entered.
If you are experiencing this error, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Include the ClientID you are trying to access.
