- Cancel the future appointments.
- Transfer the caseload items.
- Reinstate the future appointments after the transfer is complete.

1. Check if the patient you are trying reallocate has any future appointments.
2. If future appointments exist:
 - Cancel the future appointments.
 - Transfer the caseload items.
 - Reinstate the future appointments after the transfer is complete.
