Unable to transfer caseload item

Guidance for resolving issues when unable to transfer a caseload item.

This is a known software bug that will be resolved in RIO version 23.01.00.


Workaround

  1. Check if the patient you are trying reallocate has any future appointments.

  2. If future appointments exist:

    • Cancel the future appointments.

    • Transfer the caseload items.

    • Reinstate the future appointments after the transfer is complete.
