Issue
A patient is not appearing on a caseload as expected.
Resolution Steps
Check the patient’s primary address.
Confirm that the patient has an active primary address listed.
If you cannot add or update the primary address:
Type talk to a person in the Digital Assistant.
You will be routed to a live support agent who can assist further.
What support will do:
A data fix may be required to remove the EndDate from the latest primary address so the patient displays correctly.
Outcome
Once the primary address is active, the patient should show on the caseload as expected.
