Appointment showing in reporting but not in RIO

An appointment may not book successfully, and the system may show that another appointment is clashing.

Some appointment statuses are used by the system specifically for clash checking.
If an appointment has one of the following statuses, it may prevent another appointment from being booked:

These statuses indicate that the system has tried to book the appointment but was unable to due to a clash or restriction. The appointment will remain in this status automatically.

These appointments can be safely ignored, as they do not represent actual booked appointments. They are system placeholders used only for clash checking.
