The Staff Professional Group field on HCP Registration (Mental Health Tab) is used to identify staff roles for MHSDS reporting. This field must be completed for all Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) who record contacts, CPA reviews, or other MHSDS-reportable activities.
⚠️Important: If Staff Professional Group is not set on an HCP record, their contacts and CPA reviews will not be correctly attributed in MHSDS submissions. This is one of the most common causes of MHSDS data quality failures. Audit all HCP records before go live.
Set the Staff Professional Group
Access HCP Registration from the Admin menu and open each HCP record.
Navigate to the Mental Health Tab.
Select the appropriate Staff Professional Group from the Staff Professional Group pick list.
Click Save.
Repeat for all clinical HCPs.
