Issue
When opening a care plan, you may see a runtime error and notice that parts of the care plan have not loaded.
This is usually caused by RIO timing out when loading care plans that contain many problems or interventions.
Reload the care plan
There are three ways to reload the care plan:
Option 1: Refresh the frame
Right click anywhere on the care plan.
Select Refresh Frame.
📌Note: This is the browser menu e.g., Microsoft Edge, not a RIO menu. Wording may vary by browser.
Option 2: Navigate away and back
Go to another page e.g., the client’s Case Menu.
Return to Care Planning and reopen the relevant care plan.
Option 3: Press F5
Simply press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If the issue still occurs, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
