A user is unable to access or receive Reasonable Adjustments within the system. This typically occurs when the configuration settings or required Bcodes have not been correctly applied.
Resolution steps
To enable Reasonable Adjustments for a user, please complete the following:
Verify the System Constant:
Navigate to General category in System Constants.
Ensure the constant ClientRAEnabled is set to 1.
1 = Reasonable Adjustments enabled.
0 = Reasonable Adjustments disabled.
Confirm the user has a valid Bcode. One of the following BCodes must be assigned to the user for Reasonable Adjustments to function correctly;
