HIE report not retrieving the report from your own organisation

Users may experience an issue where the Health Information Exchange report does not retrieve report data from their own organisation.

This issue typically requires configuration validation by support to identify and resolve the underlying cause.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.

  2. Provide any relevant report names, organisation details, and the time the issue occurred.

  3. Support will then investigate the configuration.
