Summary
Some clients may still show languages that were previously deleted from the system. These languages are soft deleted, which means they no longer appear in the main settings, but may still display on the front end or in the database if existing client records are still linked to them.
Cause
Client records created before the language was removed may still reference that deleted language.
Resolution
If you see a client linked to an incorrect or deleted language:
Type talk to a person in the Digital Assistant.
You will be connected to a live support agent.
Provide the following information:
Affected ClientID.
The incorrect language appearin
The support team will review the data and correct it as needed.
