This error usually means Progress Note query is taking longer than 30 seconds to execute. This usually happens when there are lots of documents associated with the affected progress note.<br>​<br>If you are experiencing this issue, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Please include the following information:

- ClientID
- UserID
- Progress Note details.

When updating or validating a Progress Note, you may encounter the following error: 
Query Timeout Expired.
