Issue
When trying to create an editable letter, Microsoft Word opens but no document is generated.
Cause
A hidden system constant controls the server name used when generating editable letters.
If this value is not set correctly, the system attempts to generate the letter using the wrong server, causing Word to open with a blank screen.
