The first step is to check whether the data was entered into the Train Baseline environment instead of the Train environment:
Log into the Train Baseline environment.
If you do not have access, please talk to the Digital Assistant as outlined below.
Navigate to the page showing the incorrect or old data in Train.
Compare the data:
If the data is identical in Train Baseline, it means the data was entered into this environment.
If the data is not in Train Baseline and is still present in Train, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. We will then check the status of the SQL Server refresh job.
Additional information
Train Baseline is a separate environment used for reference and testing.
Refresh issues are typically related to scheduled SQL Server jobs.
