This is a known bug where the Assumed GP is not fully ended in the system.
This issue will be fixed in RIO version 24.06.00.
In the meantime:
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Provide the affected ClientID so we can run a data fix to fully end the Assumed GP.
Additional information
No local configuration changes will resolve this issue.
The data fix will ensure the Assumed GP is correctly removed from the client demographics.
