The on behalf of field is designed to identify who the information is being entered for, rather than the user entering it.
Health Care Professionals (HCPs) will not see or use the “on behalf of” option.
This is expected behaviour, as HCPs enter clinical information in their own name, regardless of validation rights.Non‑HCP users will see the field, as they do not record clinical data under their own name. They must specify who they are entering the information for.
Admin users can enter information on behalf of another admin user.
This functionality is not restricted to HCPs only.
