Ensure the GP Practice has a configured EDI code. If letters are not being received by GPs, the associated practice may not have an EDI code configured.


Steps to verify and configure EDI code

  1. Navigate to GP Practice Setup.

  2. Search for the Practice.

    • Enter the Practice name in the search field, and press Search.

  3. Open Practice setup.

    • Click on the practice from the search results, select Setup Practice.

  4. Add EDI code.

    • Enter the EDI code in the designated field, press Save.


If the EDI code is configured but letters are still not received
