New user creation inserts NULL values in GenUserRoles

A known software issue causes NULL values to appear in GenUserRoles when creating a new user, which can block PDS searches.

Summary

When creating a new user, NULL values may be inserted into the GenUserRoles table for OrganisationCode and RoleProfileID. This prevents the user from performing a PDS search.

This is a known software issue and has been resolved in RIO version 23.06.00.


Resolution

To resolve this, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Our team will run a data fix to correct the affected records.
