The Progress Note search filter is reverting back to the last three months, because of the contents of one or more notes. Below is possible reasons you are experiencing this issue.
The Note Text contains the HTML <Div> or </Div> tags. These will have been pasted into the notes.
Users are pasting the whole of the Progress Note screen into the notes. This will then insert the URL to the Progress Note screen. This causes the Progress Note screen to open the default view.
The Note Text has been saved with no text, resulting in the NoteText within Progress Notes to be save as NULL.
If the notes have not been validated, please copy the text of the affected note into notepad, then copy the note again and paste back into the note text.
