After creating a new editable letter or adding a new data element, you are seeing this warning:
The letter could not be produced.
The problem may be caused by the field that the data element had been added to.
To identify the problem it is a process of elimination, try removing the fields and elements and see if that resolves the problem.
If you are still having problems opening the editable letter please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
