Note that the ' ' before hexadecimal value contains an upside down L, like this:
This is an error caused by a special, hidden, character within the progress note text.
You can identify the progress note that contains the special character, by opening the SARs output and the last progress note in the output will be incomplete. That is the note we need to fix.
Here are two ways to remove the special hidden character:
On an unverified note you can cut the note text out of the progress note, paste it into notepad, copy the text in notepad, paste the text back into the progress note text field, finally save. By doing this you are removing any special characters in the note text.
If the note has been verified then please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. We can either un-verify the note or run a data fix to remove the special character.
