RIO has an issue where a word document tries to convert to a PDF but is unable to complete the conversion.
During the conversion process, the document will not be accessible.
Our data fix will revert the format changes, allowing you to download the file to read outside of RIO.
📌Note: This has now been fixed as of Rio version 24.10, however this will still be present in older versions of Rio.
If you are not currently using version 24.10 or later, we would ask you to please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
