Your Trust's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) can be linked directly within Rio's Online Help, so you can access the right document at the exact screen where you need it. Follow the steps below to open a linked SOP.
Open the SOP from the help window
Go to the Rio screen where you need to view the SOP. For example, the Referral screen or the CPA Review screen.
Click the ? help icon in the Information Bar at the top of the screen to open the help window.
Locate the SOP link in the help content. It will be clearly labelled. For example: "View the Referral Acceptance Standard Operating Procedure".
Click the link.
The SOP document opens in a new browser window or tab. Your Rio session and the help window remain open.
Read the SOP as required. When finished, close the SOP window to return to Rio.
đ¤Tip: If you cannot find the SOP you need in the help for a specific screen, contact your System Administrator or line manager. The SOP may not yet have been linked to that screen, or it may be available on the Trust intranet.
