Location not displaying on CPA review screen

Troubleshooting guidance for missing location details on the CPA review screen.

If the location is not appearing, follow these steps to check the configuration:

  1. Verify GenLocation setup.

    • Ensure the location is listed in GenLocation.

    • Confirm both Adhoc and UseInDiary are ticked.

  2. Check Speciality linkage.

    • Make sure the relevant speciality is linked to the location in AmsSpecialityLocation.

  3. Understand CPA Review Screen Logic.

    • The CPA review screen checks speciality access for the Current Care Co-ordinator or Lead HCP.

    • If the location isnโ€™t displaying, it may be due to missing access for the assigned HCP.
