When viewing an assessment form containing an image, the image does not appear. In Assessment Maintenance, the image preview may display as a broken image icon.

Cause
This may indicate that the Graphical Resource system constant is pointing to the wrong file location.
Resolution
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Include the following details:
The form name where the image is missing.
Replication steps.
A screenshot of the broken image preview, if possible.
