When upgrading to a new environment, you may notice that images are not displaying correctly.
This usually happens because the image file path is still pointing to the old environment’s location.
Why this happens
During an environment upgrade, image paths do not always update automatically.
If the form is still referencing the old file path, the images will fail to load in the new environment.
