When performing log shipping, you may encounter the following error:
ERROR: The SSH connection has terminated with error. Reason: FlowSocketReader: Error receiving bytes. Windows error 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
If this error occurs when attempting to connect to the SFTP:
Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Include the full error message from your FTP log.
