Issue

This error occurs when you select a destination database that does not correspond to the server you are connecting to.

⚠️Important: Ensure you select the correct destination database to the server you are connecting to:

  • Use the Live URL for the Live databases.

  • Use the Test URL for Test databases.

Cause

If the URL you are using is for Test and you select a Live database when logging into CMT, the error will appear.
