If you are experiencing this issue you will need to liaise with NHS Digital back office and ask them to amend the address within 35 characters limit.
Please see NHS Data Model and Dictionary for further information on single address lines being no more than 35 characters and postal address comprised of up to five lines of 35 alphanumeric characters
📌Note: Access cannot increase the address lines to more than 35 characters without taking into account these externally imposed limits.
