Issue
When creating an assessment form in RIO that includes more than 50 unique picklists, the system may display the following error:
Subscript out of range
This prevents the form from being created or updated.
Cause
This is a known product limitation within the current version of RIO .
Workaround
A permanent fix will be included in a future release of RIO.
In the meantime, customers can avoid the error by:
Splitting the required picklists across two or more assessment forms, reducing each form to fewer than 50 unique picklists.
