Issue
When using the Monthly Team Planner, page numbers may disappear after moving from Page 1 to Page 2. This behaviour is caused by a known bug within RIO.
If you experience this issue, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.
Symptoms
Navigating from Page 1 to Page 2 causes the next set of page numbers to disappear.
Exiting and re-entering the Monthly Team Planner restores page numbers.
Clicking to the next page again e.g., Page 3 results in the page numbers disappearing once more.
Workaround
To temporarily restore page numbers:
Navigate to Page 2 or your intended page.
Exit the Monthly Team Planner.
Re‑enter the Monthly Team Planner.
You will return to the same page, and page numbers will be visible again.
Repeat this process if the issue reoccurs.
