If users encounter the below error message while attempting to access RIO, please follow the instructions below.

Cannot reach this page.

To resolve this, check the points below:
• Make sure the web address is correct.
• Search for this site on Bing.
• Refresh the page.
• Check Certificate Bindings have been linked to the Default Web Site in IIS.

This can point to the web server for RIO being unavailable or offline.

If you host your own hardware, please contact your IT team and ask them to check the web servers and network.

If The Access Group hosts then, please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent.

To check the Certificate Bindings in IIS:
The bindings for the RIO Default Web Site hadn’t been linked to the new certificate.

  1. Open IIS on the web server(s).

  2. Default Web Site.

  3. Bindings.

  4. Click on https and click Edit.

  5. Has SSL certificate been linked to the new cert or any cert.

  6. To add/check the cert click select and it will list the available certificates.
