You can change the password by logging into RIO using your smartcard.
Steps to change password
Click the menu icon at the top left of the screen.
Select Change Password.
If Change Password menu item is missing
This could be due to:
Lack of permissions, or
The menu item not being configured.
Steps to configure menu item
Click the menu icon again and search for Menu Configuration.
Click Add New Menu Item.
Name the item appropriately.
Select Change Password as the item.
Ensure the URL updates automatically. If not, set it to:
../Login/ChangePassword.asp
Save the new item.
Grant role access to ensure visibility of the screen.
Once configured, you can access the Change Password screen and enter a new password for the CMT tool.
