Cannot logically undelete clients

When attempting to undelete records in RIO, multiple factors can prevent the process from completing successfully. This guide explains common causes and provides steps to resolve the issue.

When attempting to logically undelete a client, one of the following errors shows:

  • clinic unavailable clash(es).

  • non-clinical working hours slot clash(es).

  • public holiday slot clash(es).

  • other activity slot clash(es).

  • appointment slot clash(es).

This problem happens when clinics or appointments were previously closed due to a Clinical Logical Delete and are now unavailable to reopen. For example, because they were deleted or marked as completed. This prevents the client record from being undeleted.


What you need to do

Please type talk to a person and the Digital Assistant will put you through to a live support agent. Include:

  • The ClientID for the affected client.
