If you require the latest OCS or ODS file uploading, please raise this via the Projects section of the portal.
To raise a Projects case:
Log into the portal.
Navigate to My Account, then Projects.
Locate the project titled Path-to Live Requests.
Select Create New issue / Action.
Choose Action from the options.
Enter all required details for your request and submit.
